Marbella, located on the Costa del Sol in the Andalucia region of Spain is one of the most popular beach resorts in Spain. In the resort area of the town, there are plenty of high end shopping centers, spas, hotels, and restaurants and the city is also host to several pristine golf courses, horse racing, and nearby skiing in the Sierra Nevadas. Students who study Spanish courses in Marbella are often struck by how much there is to do in this resort town, including the magnificent restaurants (some of which are on the water!), clubs, bars, and along the waterfront.
