The facilities were great, the teachers were friendly and professional and the classes were fun and I learned a lot. I have nothing to dislike about

Show details » Read more...In general I liked German course a lot. The location is great because it is really near by U-bahn, or you can park your bicycle near by the building. According to classes I enjoyed them a lot. Both teachers were helpful, educated and friendly. Our course had just 3 students, which was really surprising but it helped the improvement of our speaking skills.
I stayed at my friends flat so I didn´t have to use housing which was adverted at websites of inlingua.
Inlingua Berlin lived 100 % up to my expectations.
I was on a 1 week intensive 26 hrs/week course, and according to my preliminary test I should have been at B1 level, but on-site they believed that I should participate on B2 level. The B2 level was quite intense, but not a problem due to the very competent teachers and good facilities. I had 3 afternoon sessions face-to-face, which was very rewarding for me.
All in all I enjoyed the week in Berlin including the weekends which gave additional options for using the language.
Definitely recommendable, and I am already considering going again in the fall for 2 weeks on B2/C1 level.
Everything went perfectly with the school except a bad experience with my first landlady who was a rather special person.
Fortunately, the school quickly reacted and found me a second adorable host family!
Everything was described in the previous questions. In one word it was good but no awesome.

Hi Anne,
Thank you very much for your great feedback!
We are always happty to hear such things:-)
Your inlingua-berlin team.
I have had two great teachers who had taught me well. Now I felt that I have improved my German and I feel more confident to go to Reutlingen University for five months.
The access to the school by public transport was good. I did not use the school facilities, except for the WiFi. I found the activities were okay and well organized, also the variation was good.
The housing was great and my host family was great as well.
I have really liked my stay in Berlin!
Dear Sanders,

Having two teachers during the week made the language course very dynamic. I definitely enjoyed afternoon activities organized by Inlingua, where I learned and saw all sorts of interesting things I would never have come across otherwise. The school also had a great diversity of students, with students taking summer classes as well as foreigners living in Berlin. Very nice teachers and staff: THANK YOU ALL!

I took this class as part of a holiday week in Berlin. I love the location of the school-- it is easily accessible by bike and there is a lovely cafe downstairs where you can sit and do your homework before classes begin. Even though I was only there for one week, my classmates were very friendly and welcoming. And it's a great mix of people: a woman from Barcelona, one from Portugal, a young man from Brazil and two from Syria. I had two instructors and I liked both of them a lot. We covered a lot of ground in the week I was in class and everybody had a good time doing it.
Basically, I had lots of fun and I wish I could have stayed longer.
Very good location and proximity of the school and to the home stay. Staff were supportive and has a friendly environment . One week wasn't long enough, but I was happy with my progress and felt I had been assigned in a class appropriate to my level. I would be happy to return again.
Show details » Read more...The school was near my apartment and close to the U-Bahn, so it was easy to get to. The staff was helpful and the teachers were very dedicated to their work. They were very accommodating when I wanted to switch courses. I did a three-week course and I learned a lot. It's nice that the teachers switch up during the week so you feel as though you get some variety. However, this does cause some overlap, which may or may not be good depending on who you talk to.

The course is by immersion, and includes both course work, homework and online learning activities. I have found my group members motivated, and we all participated equally in the class work.
I have been able to stay with the same group, even with a one week break in the middle of my 6 weeks of intensive language learning. The teachers are alert to the different reasons why people are learning the language and help us all to find relevant examples when learning new grammar subjects and themes.
Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience at our school - we are very happy you enjoyed your stay here.

I had a great week at inlingua in Berlin. Before the course, I had completed a placement test online, and I was put in the perfect class. The teachers were excellent, and my co-students and I had a great time.
I have definitely improved my German skills a lot. I was challenged by the teachers, and had to work hard, but this definitely helped my learning process.
The location of the school is perfect, and quite close to my hotel.
I have nothing bad to say - I enjoyed it all.

The staff at inlingua Berlin were extremely accommodating, professional, friendly, competent, and helpful. The school is in a great location near the center of Berlin and is easily accessible via public transportation.
Classes are small (3-7 people). The teachers really know what they're doing. They personalize lessons and make the learning process fun. They cover a well-balanced mix of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills.
They offer a great array of activities outside of classes, which are worth checking out.
Vielen Dank!

Class- good, but nothing special
Teachers- nice and competent
Location- very good, I had no problem with transportation
Facilities-okay
I had an adult course, so I had no activities and I lived with my real family (aunt).
In general, everything was excellent. The school location was in a center where you can find all the shops.
The classes were very good. The teachers were friendly. I had a small issue with my host family, but it was solved after 2 days. It was not what I agreed at the first time.
The activities were not that fun and interesting. I studied at Inlingua school in Malta, and the activities were very fun and enjoyable there.

Ask a question
1. Yes we are familiar with this procedure and have documents in Spanish, but please note that we need at least the payment of 2 weeks of tuition in oder to have a cover in case they are not able to attend our courses and inform us at the last minute, which can generate fees from our side (pay the accommodation provider, one space blocked for the student that we cannot sell anymore, etc….)
2. I guess that the students read the information about our agency in Panama, but our school of Berlin has a bank account in Germany so they can do a bank transfer from whatever country.
3. Yes it's possible, but please note that our shared apartments in Berlin are not "students apartments", students leave with local people. At the moment I cannot tell you with how many people they will leave, but it could be with a single woman, or a couple.
Sure, that’s possible
The average age of our students is between 16 and 25 years. At the very moment we have 5 students who are under 18. By June we will be expecting more young students around that age.
