This course is designed for Spanish learners looking for an intensive language-learning opportunity that maximizes language exposure and classroom time. This program puts you in class 6 hours per day, 4 hours in small group classes and 2 hours in private lessons.

Maximo Nivel’s Summer Camp offers an incredible opportunity for teens to explore travel, language, and intercultural exchange. Designed for ages 13-17, the Costa Rica Summer Spanish Camp in San Jose and Manuel Antonio provides a full-immersion experience, combining Spanish classes with community service, sports, cultural activities, and tourism.

The Business Spanish course is designed to expand the student’s vocabulary and proficiency in Spanish for business. The course focuses on building business vocabulary and developing speaking, writing, and presentation skills in Spanish within various business contexts.

Surfing is one of the must-activities in Jacó Beach, being hands down the best beach in Costa Rica for learning Spanish due to its great year-round conditions and great availability of facilities and services, including our experienced, partner surf teachers. The program includes the Intensive course with 20 group lessons per week plus 3 surf lessons per week.

This course combines volunteer work with Spanish language classes. Volunteers spend the first half of their program learning Spanish for 4 hours/day.

This program combines a working experience in Latin America with Spanish private classes. Interns usually spend 5-6 hours per day at their Internship placement and then have a 1 hour private Spanish class.

The Medical Spanish course focuses on building medical vocabulary and developing speaking, writing, and presentation skills in Spanish within the context of healthcare and medicine. This includes role-play scenarios, research, vocabulary acquisition, and, when possible, guest speakers and visits to local clinics or hospitals.

For our German students, all levels of our Spanish Immersion program are approved by the German government for use under Bildungsurlaub. This special program provides German employees with time and funding to take part in professional training, such as language studies.
