Vacation French courses

The ONLINE evening course is designed for individuals who wish to start speaking the language prior to their visit to Canada or wherever their destination may be. For international certification or a Pathway, the program must be completed at least 30% at our Montreal headquarters with an on-site system.

The Semi Inten­sive pro­gram is a pop­u­lar choice for inter­na­tional stu­dents. It includes 15 hours per week of gram­mar and con­ver­sa­tion courses (listening-speaking-reading-writing) which will help improve your lan­guage skills through a vari­ety of activ­i­ties, games, prac­ti­cal exer­cises, addi­tional work­shops and real life sit­u­a­tions.

This course is aimed at business professionals or students looking to work in a French-speaking environment who already have a good general level in French but wish to develop and expand their terminology applied to Business subjects while discovering the French business language and culture. Aims: This course aims to help learners gaining confidence when speaking French in a work environment.

A Home Language International immersion course means you live the language you are learning and is the fastest, most natural way to learn. You are staying in your teacher’s home, have one-to-one language lessons and continue to use and practise your language skills sharing the daily life of your teacher’s family during meals, conversations, visits and activities as they all take place in the language you are studying.

Learning at BLCI means learning French through total immersion and classes, while at the same time doing a variety of outdoor, cultural and sports activities so rich as to make the student forget that it is all happening in a foreign language ! Our program is based on communication, we wish to bring our students to a level of fluency in French where they will be able to communicate efficiently by re-creating real life situations.
