A two-week course, designed to allow students to receive hands-on experience in the Swiss hospitality industry through opportunities such as our Culinary program, Food and Beverage program as well as field trips to different areas including Bern, Luzern and Zurich. They will get a chance to explore different parts of Switzerland while learning from our well-qualified, and experienced instructors in their fields of expertise.
