Course description

In the season most famous for stunning cherry blossom, come and discover the specialities of Fukuoka for yourself. Explore the places, the culture, the food, the people and the language. In order to give you the most exciting chance to discover Japan, JaLS GROUP FUKUOKA CAMPUS has designed a course filled with cultural lessons, activities and language study.
We are small and warm Japanese school offering many great experiences that we can enjoy together.

Spring Course is made for students who wish to have a fun and full introduction to Japan in a cool and refreshing season.
Relax as you watch Fukuoka’s cherry blossoms.

In addition to taking 15 lessons of Japanese a week, and 2 cultural lessons and 3 activities a week.

Fukuoka JaLS (30+)
Study in Japan for adults in Fukuoka,
where the city and nature are in beautiful harmony.
Fukuoka Campus is a Japanese language school for adults over 30 years old. While maintaining the features of the JaLS GROUP such as ‘small class sizes of up to 6 students per class’, a wide variety of activities and ‘interaction with Japanese people’, which can only be achieved by specialising in short-term study abroad, Fukuoka JaLS has been created for adults in terms of lesson themes and activity content. The small campus with a maximum of 50 students allows us to provide detailed support tailored to each student's individual goals and pace. The school is also located directly connected to Hakata Station, Kyushu's largest terminal station, so you can spend your time both inside and outside the school in the best possible way.

Become part of a Japanese family
Our homestay families are kind and ready to welcome students as part of their family.
Each student will have their own room but eat breakfast and dinner with their family each day.

We will carefully match students to a family based on preferences and personal needs such as dietary restrictions. We hope that you can enjoy many activities and daily life with your host family.

Students selecting the homestay option must use our airport pick-up service. Our driver will accompany students to their homestay location to ensure safe and punctual arrival.

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.

Flights and airport transfer

Please note that we do not book flights for our students. If you are researching airfare costs, we recommend using Kayak.com, a search engine that lets you compare flight options from your home country to Fukuoka based on your budget, schedule and preferences.
