Tochigi International Education Institute - TIEI is a Japanese Language School located in the city of Utsunomiya, capital of Tochigi prefecture. Utsunonomiya is located about 100 kms from Tokyo and is accessible by car and train from the country capital. Utsunomiya is a popular tourist spot such as Nikko, Toshogun, waterfal.. popular for its Gyoza, strawberry and many sights seeings.
TIEI has facilities that include vending machines,refrigerators, microwaves... and self-study materials, a library for all students use freely. TIEI also have many social activities such as Sports Fest, Tea Ceremony, Hanami, Tanabata ...The school offers a monthly social and leisure calendar to invite students to practice their Japanese skills while visiting popular points of interest in and around the city.
Our school's mission is to help students prepare for JLPT and assist them in their job hunting in Japan. For students, especially those belonging in the hotel and restaurant industry, our school provides 1-week hotel internship to famous Japanese traditional hotels across the country for added experience and at the same time get a chance to be hired by the same hotel. Aside from Nihongo, we are also incorporating Japanese business manners and job hunting related activities in class to make your job hunting in Japan become easier and advanced than any other foreign students.
