Chef Academy London offers students the chance to become a professional chef and also have all the skills and knowledge required to successfully and efficiently manage a kitchen.
All students will start by training for 75 hours in our development kitchen, where our executive chef will teach students all of the basics of a professional kitchen and prepare them for the live training. Once the development training has finished the students will then go on to train for 200 hours in one of our restaurant partner kitchens, they will follow our training programme that will cover all sections of the Kitchen, the training is supervised by the Head Chef. The next stage will be to study advanced cooking techniques, this will prepare the students for the Michelin Star training in one of our Michelin star training partners for 200 hours.
Once the practical training has finished, students will then begin their Management training, this programme covers all you will need to know to successfully manage a kitchen.
We are the only cooking school in London that can give you this fantastic opportunity. This will prepare you to enter a professional environment and enable you to start your career at a senior level or if you are thinking to open your own business, this is the course for you.

The main objective of Chef Academy is for students to learn the art of cooking and provide a platform to train in a professional environment, with some of the best chefs in the business. We offer highly professional courses, training you from the beginning up to Michelin star level. We also offer bespoke courses, depending on your needs and experience.
We believe the best way to learn this trade is from a professional chef in a professional environment. At Chef Academy we know there is no better method than the practical one. Our students have the chance to learn from London’s Michelin starred chefs inside their kitchens. After successful completion of the course, the student will have all the practical and theoretical tools to enter a kitchen straight away. The huge advantage of training in this way means you have already gained practical experience, which a lot of graduates are lacking when it comes to finding a job. You are already one step ahead of the rest! We are very proud to say we have a 100% employment success rate.

Chef Academy Is based in Central London. We have around 30 Restaurant training partners that are all based centrally. All locations are easily accessible and in zones 1 & 2.
Our offices are located in Mayfair, 2 minutes from Oxford Circus.
Once you have finished for the day you can enjoy London's beautiful parks, tourist attractions and fabulous Restaurants. All within walking distance of your training location.
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
If you are studying in the UK for over 11 months, you will receive a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that you need to submit to the UK embassy along with your General Student Visa application. Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from . Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.
If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
