The half-time individual course is for students who want to maximize their language learning practice one-on-one during their stay in Cusco, Peru. The courses focus heavily on speaking, communication skills, and grammar. These lessons provide the opportunity to learn the local culture and customs. The classes stress the use of language in everyday situations. Textbooks and a variety of other materials are used in instruction, including role-playing, newspapers, magazines and other materials. It is 10 hours per week.

Proyecto Peru is located in the heart of Cusco, Peru, just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas, the main center. The school's location makes it ideal for students to be within walking distance to popular restaurants, museums, historical churches and ruins, nightlife, and among other things where our teachers also take their students to learn the local culture. Proyecto Peru has free wifi, international exchange books, free tea and coffee, and a student lounge. The school offers a weekly social and leisure activities to invite students to get to know other students and a tandem corner to practice their Spanish with a local student.

Homestays are carefully selected and offer students the opportunity to learn more about the local culture in a comfortable setting while studying Spanish in Cusco. These homes are often between 5 - 20 minutes away from the school by public transport. Families usually offer affordable meal plans that allow you to sample the local cuisine. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. Your housing starts on the Sunday before your first day of class and ends on the Saturday after your last day of class, unless otherwise noted. Learn more about homestay housing
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
