Classes was dynamic and close learning betweeen grammar, vocabulary and speaking each other students and teacher. The books and contents was congruent and folllowing a common sense. Had a good comunication between teachers and administration.
Every week they programm activities to do together but depends on how many ppeople are registered.Usually people work and can't assist at these events, minium is 5 students.
I like that the private class because the teacher spoke with other teacherts that I had at the morning, but if you go at the morning and at the evening to a general class is the same chapter that you did it at the morning.
I was with a host family near the school and it was perfect. The location was perfect, in the middle of Galway, near the centre, you can find a Spar and other services.
Teachers were great, witty, friendly, motivating!
The classroom in the morning didn't have any windows and in the first week we were 18 students in this quite small room.
Thanks for your feedback - All our classrooms have windows?
Very friendly and kind. Good teachers. Hosting friendly, very good meals

Hey
My journey was well organized and amusing. First I was a little bit nervous about new classmates and full on goose bumps but they were nice and treated me well. I was surprised that the classmates were from South America and from Asia,
I had two teachers and they were different , but I liked both and they taught in different ways. And I liked that during the lessons we talked much, what I was waiting for.
I lived in a Hotel and it was near the school so it was good.
What I didn t like was that the students were often late (but I am a teacher myself)
Thank You and looking forward to see again
Markku

Location & school = perfect. The school is located in the center of the city. From my home family it was easily reachable by public transport or by foot (cca 20 min of quite nice walk). The building of school is placed at river bank in old stony mill, having the great atmosphere.
Size of the classes - absolutely perfect, we were max 6 in the morning as well as afternoon lessons.
Teachers - very nice, friendly, easy to understand concerning the accent, were willing and skillful in explaining words and grammar, excellently prepared for the lessons. Moreover we had a lot of fun a the lessons.
Facilities = sufficient
Activities = school offers extra lessons/activities for free. Personally - wonderful was the pronunciation lessons. I miss the same kind of approach in my country, would be very useful for persons who have problem to learn the proper pronunciation due to not having sense for music. (was based on logopdian approach)
Housing = was great. Host family was very kind and cooperative. And we had also quite interesting discussions over many themes.
Glad you had a good experience - we hope you come back again and best in your language studies!
teachers : good ,creative teachers

Thank you very much for your feedback! We are really happy that you enjoy your stay in our school. We are glad that you enjoyed a lot of our free activities. We hope to see you back next year! :)
The school was in good shape and location but unfortunately I was admitted to the wrong level, I tried my best to explain the difficulties I was facing but no correct action was taken in place. My test result was only 3/11. And I was expecting some action or plan to handle my case. So I took the decision to quit before finished the course, and I did not receive 7 weeks refund yet.

Hello and thank you for your response. We always welcome feedback.
I am first of all so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your course, We have an average class size of 6 students and a maximum of 10 and so we always have space for students to move levels if they are in the wrong level.
I believe you didn't change level because you weren't ready. We always invite students to let us know if they are unhappy and of course our trained qualified staff are always aware of student needs and move students when they are in the wrong level. As an EAQUALS, MEI, ACELS, Cambridge, Quality English and ALTO accredited school quality is an important part of what we do and we we work with such small class sizes to ensure quality courses and teaching.
When a student leaves a course after it has started they do not get a refund which is part of our booking conditions I'm afraid.
Should you choose to come back to Ireland we would of course be more than happy to offer you offer you credit for the weeks you left as part of a new course .
Best of luck in your future studies.
