CLLC’s Business English course uses business case studies that are directly related to the real business world. Each business case study covers a specialized area of business practice.
Participants will:
Work in groups to develop solutions to the specific problems posed by each case study
Prepare either group or individual presentations of conclusions to the problems posed by each case study
Learn new business vocabulary, target language, and grammar
Write reports, emails, and letters setting out conclusions from the case studies
Listening, Speaking, Pronunciation, Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, Grammar and Activities

CLLC Ottawa is located on Preston St. in “Little Italy” on the west side of the city. It’s only a minute’s walk from some of the most up market cafe’s and restaurants in the city. The campus itself is 8000 square feet and holds 10 mid-sized classrooms. The decor is modern and all the usual student amenities are available including a comfortable student lounge, WIFI access, and iPad’s for general and school use.

Just five minutes walk from the spectacular Ottawa River, Canadian Parliament buildings and the Rideau Centre, CLLC Ottawa is Canada’s cultural showcase. CLLC Ottawa’s open, bright and airy campus gives students plenty of room to study, socialize and participate in activities.
Homestays are carefully selected and offer students the opportunity to learn more about the local culture in a comfortable setting while studying English in Ottawa. These homes are often between 25 - 60 minutes away from the school by public transport. Families usually offer affordable meal plans that allow you to sample the local cuisine. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. The school is also not authorized to issue documents to support your visa application. If you need a visa, you have to apply for a visitor or tourist visa on your own.
